真心求赐教以下家庭：买term life insurance的事。

家庭：
男：
女，有十年的term 50万（2007-2017）
孩子： 9岁和六岁

资产：
房子：贷款约30万
IRA，401k和其余资产可忽略不计，没什么资产。

除了单位提供的 group life insurance大约40万 之外，还想要买term life insurance，要买十年，二十年，三十年？
请推荐好的 life insurance 公司和合理的strategy？
 
比如： 男买多少年？ 多少钱的，50万？
           女买多少年？ 多少钱的，25万，50万？
