a person stands below the 4-5 story tower will have exposure to human body around 0.004 milliwatts / sq cm. if a human body has 200 sq. cm exposure, that is 0.8 milliwatts for the human body. 0.8 milliwatts = 0.008 watt. A typical light buble is 60 watt, a cooking stove is 1200 watts.

You do not think 0.008 watt will cook any part of your body, do you?

But I still not recommend you buy it, not because of danger of radiation, but because fears of future buyer.
