出租方是否要找PM的问题。

请问如何找PM? 大概的费用是多少？有人说10%，是租金的10%吗？还是净收入的10%？如果是gross租金的10%，那么PM为了省事，可以什么都修，全换新的他最省事，反正是地主出钱！
