请教大各位租约没到期，租户想搬出去咋办？

租户在3月1曰开始入住，租约为一年，于2/28/2014租约到期。但今天她给我email告知我她将于/15/2013搬出去，理由是她的被火烧了的房子建好了。当时她告诉我们她是租的房被火烧了，我还查了她以前的＂房东＂，＂房东＂给了好的介绍，我们才租给她。现在可好，租约未到期就想一走了之，把契约当儿戏，只是答应security deposit 留下。可我有一种被骗的感觉，要知道她鉴合约时make的是一年的commitment。请教各位，碰到这种情怳如何处理。
