大家帮忙看看这个deal如何？

银行没收房，04年卖1.2m，上周五银行减价到卖62万，周一就我和一个投资者给offer。银行把这房卖给我，我打算先住着，等房市好后再卖出。现在的问题有点不踏实的是，财产税比较高，另外因为房子有七千多平方英尺，估计暖气和空调费用也不会少。就是说每年多开支不少，现在利率上涨，也许几年内也不好出手，这样年年要往里面砸钱。不知道高手们怎么看？
