我家有一棵橡树，离房子才一米远

直径８０公分以上。肯定，根都扎到房子底下去了。还有，树枝经常会断下来砸坏房顶。
１。有什么妙招避免吗？
２。很想把它干掉，但是不但需要花几千刀请人，还得town里批准。有什么妙招吗？
