We also monitor recent buy to rent strategists IPO, in only two monthly, American Home 4 Rent is willing to take a 44% price cut of their initial filing under new high stock market. In top 3 buy to rent strategist firms, we are seeing 53% SFH vancancy. And they are packaging these as new mortgage backed security to sell to those investors who are seeking yield. In top 3 refi firms, we are seeing waves of lay offs.
