退休后落脚哪里?

加拿大公民和美国永久移民，可以申请美国公民。己退休快一年了，大部分时间在中国度过，下月底返美。近来一直在考虑去加还是留美甚至回国定居。如果去加拿大，应去哪个城巿?留美也有同样的问题。搬迁要考虑的主要因素第一是医保，第二是气候，第三是。现在医保是Cobra，月费一千左右。2014初结束。担心2014 年Obamacare 的实施。太太怕湿寒，所以想去气候暖和但湿度不大的地方。至于，当然是越低越好。也有回中国定居的想法。这次回国虽不到半年，但有接上了地气的感觉。女儿早己独立，在纽约工作。
