A question on mutual fund frozen from further investing

Hi, I came back to the same company I worked before. I have the fidelity account. I just noticed that many good performance mutual funds are frozen from further investing. With those funds being frozen does that mean I could not buy more and can only hold what I have in the past. Thanks!
