mutual funds for profit taking?
From the beginning of the year, instead of paying down more mortgage every month I put the extra money into mutual funds. Now they are > 25% returns in the last 6-9 months. I'm thinking take them out to lock in the profit and pay down the mortgage.
What do you think?
