DT 炒股的下场，惨！

我有一租客，2年前入住，单身60几岁白人，职业day trader 多年，在我那1200sf 的condo 里，摆放6部电脑，好像很赚钱。

昨天，她打电话来哭着说，她的finance 出了问题，付不起$1250 的租金，正在找half price 的 basement. 她想了好久，一个人蹲在洗澡间，哭想了很久，还是决定打电话给我们，她实在是很希望永远住下去，可是......

惨，3年前丈夫死了，卖了温哥华的house，搬到我在岛上的condo，离她弟弟一家近，她很喜欢住在我那宽敞明亮的condo。

以她的年龄，想翻身，难啊。股票玩儿玩儿可以，当职业做，危险。

我失去了一个好租客。
