1. The primary investment is always something that can offset tax, if and only if it does not harm your potential future cash need. This is investment 101. Why? Because it improves your ROI. Just like when you calculate the ROI on municiple bond, you have to count the tax benefit in.

4. At last, if you cannot even manage 5 or 6 accounts, how can you manage a portfolio full of stocks, mutual funds? The only difference is you need to log in 5 or 6 times...
