房客好像搬走了, 我可以开门进去吗?

一个月没交租, 电话什么的, 全都不回。邻居说看见他搬东西走了。但窗户看进去里面乱七八糟的, 还有很多东西。大中午的, 所有灯全都开着, 里面没人。
