哪位大拿给把把脉？

大热天的，AC忽然耍赖皮了，趴那只喘气，就是不吐冷气。 才8年新的Model home, 就这样了。 俺以前的房子（不是在CA）住了十几年都没事。 Carrier 牌，请人来修，看了一下说要排到下周三，“因为要大修”，他说换外面的Compressor $1k, 整个换 $2k (5y 保修)。而且不是Carrier了 （Pane)
症状：Fan is working, outside unit is making huge squeeky noise when AC is on, no cold air coming out.
