现在申请的租客信用分数在625左右会不会太低？想叫

她拿两个月的押金又拿不出来，怎么办？是否干脆拒掉另找人算了。她自称是很负责的，会按时付房租。工资也不到三倍租金，但是只她一个人，没有其他家庭负担。她是现在短卖房的卖主，想接着租住一年。能让她租吗？她房子爱护的倒是很好。
