租户取舍，帮帮忙

1• 可以多负100 每个月，但只能租一年，也可能一年半，正是冬天，怕找不到下家。很好的家庭。
2• 因为另外房产 前两年破产，信用不好，但工资挺好的，想长租。看长相，象印度人。
3•离婚女带两个孩子。其他都好

实在是累了，不再让人看了。就像从中选一个算了。

实在不知选那一个，请帮帮忙选一个吧
