这样的租客

一对年轻的非洲留学生，有一个两三岁的孩子，外加男方十几岁的弟弟，很喜欢我们的房子，交了500块让我们hold房子，约好今天傍晚签合同交押金，到点没来，我短信问他们，回复说在带儿子看急症，来不了了，还说一大早就去的急症室。
我现在心理犯嘀咕，觉得比较可疑，犹豫是不是应该再广告重新找。不知道这里的地主朋友是否遇到类似的情况。
