Most of the time you will not get anything back, just waste time and money. If you want to revenge a little, you can put a bad record to their credit.

In case you insist to find them, the cheapst way is using their SSN to find their new address(wait for about one or two month, then check their credit report, if they have credit card or similar things, you will see the new address on the report).
