马桶下水不畅

我的一个租客最近不断说马桶下水不畅，我去看时没有问题，我甚至将马桶拆下来，用水倒过来冲也没有什么异物冲出来。租客说可能水压或者吸力不够，不知是不是这样？如果水压不够，是不是换个水箱，多点水就可以解决？
