messed up my autopay setup when they aquired my loan.  Multiple phone calls transferred to Indian call center and never solved a thing.  On top of that, phone call always drops after waiting 40 minutes online,  and they said they can not call you back !  Complain made to the corporate level was responded but still not solved.   Finally had to take matter into my own hands.  Cancelled the autopay under the account and instruct bank initiated payment.
Fortunetely I don't have to deal with them any more.
