1. Hayward,
starting 339k, townhome, 3 bed 2.5 bath, 16 year old, HOA $277.
Rent about 2200.
How is Hayward?

2. San Jose,
bank owned, starting 414k, Townhome, 3bed, 2.5 bath, 7 year old. HOA $235.
rent about 2200(not sure),
It may end up 450k range,
