像大家请教一个问题。。。我小侄女和3个同学合租一个老中的一栋房子(NYC)，当时老中答应仅租他们四个(口头)，这个房子是SFH，但，随后，这个老中又将房子多余的房间租给另外3个大陆来的学生。。。故这前四个女生决定提前搬家，最后一个月房租不付，但这个房东不同意，并告到法庭，并要求去法庭解释。。。。。。

这事如何做。。。。
