i don't know canada at all,

but in us, RN usually get paid 35/h, and overtime is 1.5 of regular pay.  I dought RN get paid much higher than that in canada. im not saying it is not possible, but let me put this way  if a nurse can make 300k easy in canada, what is their MD's income? and we are talking about canada.  average RN in us make 60 to 80k a year, for 310k you can hire 4 to 5 nurses.. i'll stick with tdf.
