Hi, we have a title issue that came back on the updated title as still not cleared. There is a supplemental complaint that needs to be filed to clear up a judgment. It has been noted but there needs to be a hearing for it. I am being told we may be looking at 2 months to get cleared. I have spoken with buyer's agent and she is getting in touch with the listing agent now.
现在的情况是Listing agent 无法联系上,明天就是预定的过户日期。我有几个问题和担心。
1; 房利美会不会单方面取消合同?可能性大不大?我需不需要去雇个律师?
2:如果合同延两个月,TITLE能否顺利CLEAR的掉?像这样的CASE难度会不会很大?
3;如果合同被取消,我能否要求房利美赔偿我验房的费用(大概600多块)?
请坛里的各位高手提供些意见,非常感激!
