Your final walk through is almost your last chance of getting things you want. Because all the money is still in escrow and you can have a claim.

The fact you didn't point out anything in your final walk through means the property is in a satisfactory condition.

You can still save the receipt and go to small claim court, but again the above fact will make the seller in favor.
