房子检查后，建议大概5000元的维修费，agent问我想修什么？

我该怎么回答？

都不是大问题，不修也能过得去。我私下的想法是，什么不修我也会买，但我想让他们把现在在房子里的洗衣机和桌子茶几留下。这样我就不用搬过去旧的了，不值。
