anything good. Actually, you guys do a lot of things. I am interested in efficiency.

Years ago, people need agents to buy airline tickets. Now people just search expedia across all avaible airlines and find the best deal. Still many agents remain in business by playing other strategies to get better rate.

A while ago, the US government wants to sue reMax broker house etc for hefty, manipulated 6% commission fee. God knows why this kind of labor is worhty of 6% of house values. 6% means if one sells a house 16 times, one gets the house for free. In good time, one can sell 16 houses in 2 months which means the house value is only 2 months of realtor and broker house's labor. God forbidden.
