性较大,最好请property management帮你租. They are lot more authoritative and tenant usually pays lot more respect to them and don't want to mess with them.  Besides, it will be much safer as you are not dealing with them directly. I had encountered several situations where it was much easier to deduct deposit by management company than by the onwer.  So if your house is not located in a nice to average neiborhood,it is better not to handle the management yourself unless you have the gut and time to face these headaches.
