今天去escrow签字，做了最后的房屋检查，明天必须wire首付，还可以退出吗？

平常都是白天看房，今天是晚上去做的房检，感觉非常不好。知道这时退出是找骂的，但不想勉强自己，损失定金也认了。请问投坛的XDJM如果坚持不付首付，要求退出买房，会是怎样的后果？先谢了。
