地主们，怎样才能改变内向羞怯的性格？

我天生不懂怎样跟人打交道，跟人说话会脸红，开会发个言更是难上加难，更不会跟陌生人谈笑风生。我很羡慕那些会说话哪怕说的是废话的人，曾经一度被逼着自己这样做，比如到餐馆去做工。但是一歇下来，好像有回到了固有的势阱，又变得更原来一样。

米大如果在，能不能帮我解惑。
