看了坛上人讲国内由于一胎政策等等问题，房价一定大跌。。。

我同意房价会要跌。。跌一下才会健康。。但，我想确不是一胎化的造成。
(估计我又要挨那些普世的拍了)

我这次回去看到北京，上海的房价又一次突飞猛进，大部分地区120M2得房子过6M。

六个米是什么意思？在MANHATTEN 上东区可拿两房一厅的。。我甚至讲你在Manhatten大
部分地区都可以买到。。(条件是：别像兜浅浅那样，将manhatten central park
边上的房子拿出来，告诉你们，不可能。。，本人不对我讲的话负责)

这次我真怕了，为什么，这次是全区域性地---两房一厅过百万美元。。我这次要引用
最最反动的NY TIMES的话，北京，上海你有什么理由比manhatten 贵。当时这篇文
章仅是指上海和北京极个别的高档楼房。。事后证明NY TIMES错了，北京，上海高
档房子就是那么贵。

可，可这次不一样了，几乎是全区域性的大赶超。。。
如果一个家庭年收入是20万RMB，那他们买个两房一庭
这是再普通的一个中产阶级的需求吧。。

那我来计算一下：120平米，两房一厅：
4000M2 == 480，000。 == 2。40年
8000M2 == 960，000， === 4。80年。
12000M2== 1，440，000。= 7。20年。
24，000M2 == 2，880，000 =14。40年
50，000M2 == 6，000，000 = 30年

数字讲明一切。。。愿大陆稳当点，政策的一兴一换，苦的全是老百姓。
