终于又到一个房子， 地理位置挺好，网球场3分钟走路

DC 地铁1 mile, bus 门前。

去年8月看到是22万，和朋友一家看后都很喜欢，联系sales agent一直也不理我们， 然后就没了。

一月底看到又出来了，立刻下单，银行经过两轮要我们提价后，今$211000 成交。
