回复：月收入最好是月租金的三倍以上

我也想知道他一个人为什么要租这么贵的房子，可不知道能不能问、该怎么问他。我的经记说收入没有信用记录那么重要，只要那小子的信用记录好就行了。这种说法对吗？听着不是很放心，所以上来请教大家。再次感谢！
