求帮忙， 今天特郁闷。

投资房差不多都收拾好了，准备三月出租，今天房客来看房，我顺便在里面零零星星的又收拾了一下，发现，在卧室窗台上有一小瓶(大小和中指那么大)汞，心里立刻堵了起来。难道前房客要害我?他们是被我驱逐走的。他们走后我去房子里看时发现， 有一些破坏， 但还可以。就是把我新买的冰箱开门的把手给弄掉了，墙上有一两个坑，都不严重，用compound 补一下就没事了。基本用的像灯泡，shower curtain,shower rod等能拿得他们都拿走了,因为这些我都是买的新的，也比较好看。还有就是一满箱的取暖油都用光了(约值$900)。

我是准备新房客搬进来后去小法庭去告他们的。今天一看这个，我想把房子立刻卖掉。他们是想毁我(我猜)如果他们把汞倒到暖气管道里， 那我起不是死定了。 我自己是学化学的， 深知汞的毒性有多大。

新房客有了什么意外，起不都是我的过?

大家帮我想想，我该怎么办? 心里特烦， 这房子才刚买半年。约$16万买的， 装修花不到两万， 租3千。应该是不错的deal.区也还可以。
