有机会签买一个short term rental的房子

在一个旅游城市，据说空置期挺低。里面有很好装修和家具，度假屋的设置，卖主希望连家具一起卖掉。因为是SS，卖主并不关心卖高价，所以要加比市场价低至少30%。但是final价格当然由银行决定。没做过这种度假屋，短租屋的rental，而且这个房子有游泳池。拿不定主意，请XDJM们参考个意见。
