Even Chinese buys the company, it wont be like that.

The 辉煌 RE won't be here for next 20 years at least. It will go back to its historic role, an RE that generates income like bond but beat inflation a little bit.

Many events are just once in a life time events, such as this RE bubble (assuming we live through next 50 years)
