请教：American Home Shield, Allied Home Warranty and One Guard 哪个服务

他们的termite treatment和pest control是不是也要交一次的服务费？有没有其他更好更便宜的home warranty？我以前一直用American Home Shield,今年想比较比较再买，谢谢！
