投资策略

买房后一直持有还是趁高峰时卖掉套利？如果是后者，从税务角度来讲可能就要考虑异地投资，或者转换类别，因为同类的话高卖高买意义不大。如果是前者，房地产总有下降或持平期，资金效率不高。
