good point. I could feel the

hype people have in China now when I went back to a coastal city early this year. Having seen the housing price jumped 100% in 3 years,those who have money just buy as many condos as they can in the hope that the price will go higher soon so that they can flip. When you go every where, you can hear people are talking about the housing market, on the streets, during meeting with friends/relatives. It is kind of crazy. Even though the market is so hot, there are many many vacant condos/flat units. They can't find people to rent out the condo/flat at a desirable rent.

guess all people are waiting for year 2008/8/8.
