我一個房客看起來真老實， 第一次欠租我還同情他，鼓勵他。。。他連著兩三個月說很快就可以寄錢了， 又詳細又誠懇。。。害得我拖了三個月才開始趕。 估計前後半年才能趕走， 還不知道會不會破壞東西。。。千萬別同情房客， 表面現象太不可靠。。。

言歸正傳：

1. 先去local constable, 花幾十塊請他們送14-day notice (or 10 day,... which state)

2. local /district court 去file eviction, get summons and then

3. ask constable or sheriff to serve (deliver) it to tenants

4. collect all evidences or any paperwork, then hearing
