急问ower occupancy问题.

我的agent的一个客户以owner occupancy的名义签下一所银行屋, 但筹不到足够现金要放弃. Agent说可以让我顶下来(contract of sale还是那个客户的名字, 但closing的时候换成我的名字). 房子很好许多人抢, 很想买下来.
我的担心是:我不是ower occupancy, 这样买下来银行会不会查? 最坏的情况会是什么?
