请教这里的大小地主, 关于地板.

给出租房装地板, 原来的地毯太脏了. 一层楼. 

1. 客厅,餐厅,厨房都装luxury vingyle plank 4mm, 卧室装地毯,2个bathroom地砖. 

2.客厅,餐厅,厨房都装地砖, 卧室装地毯, 2个bathroom地砖.    

总的价格(人工+材料)都差不多, 5K左右.   选哪个?
