还有一个关于租客的问题，谢谢

两个黑女带3个孩子，生活在一起已经3年多。有收入的没有孩子，没收入的有3个学龄男孩。最先住在Wisconsin，9月份从Arizona来后一直住hotel，找不到房子。credit score她自己讲的low 500。愿意把最后一个月的租金也当押金。需不需要再进一步了解，她们看起来高风险房客？如果她们不合适就别查credit，别浪费人家的钱了，谢谢！
