请教退休计划问题。

我想请教一下退休计划问题。 我已经买满了公司401K 税前能够允许的数额，再加上过50岁catch-up那部分（$5500）。太太没有工作。 以前没有买过 IRA (neither traditional nor Roth IRA). 请问 我太太能否买Traditional IRA? 还有我本人和太太能否再买 Roth IRA？ Thanks a lot.
