希望能有追踪报导关于几年以后此城的犯罪率涨跌状况。因为上缴的应该都是良民或是急需用钱的人

* So if one person turned in one firearm each out of those 1137 guns, it means barely 1% of that city's population participated in the buyback.  Hardly what I would call a community rally which could be construed as a shift in philosophy on gun ownership.  That's a very sensational claim.  I think some people just needed $250 this month and were happy to give their 'junk guns' up in exchange. 
And no my perspective still has not changed, you MSN douches.
