究竟买不买房

I am thinking to buy a condo which most likely we can settled for $580K, assuming 20% down, $570 monthly property tax, and $300 HOA we need to pay $3,870 per monthly. Renting the same property in the same area we only need to pay $2,500 to $2,600 per month. We can only stay in the property for about max of 4 years, would you suggest to buy?

As the market is going nowhere, I am afraid I can not even cover my cost 4 years later.

I am about writting an offer. So please advise.
