这是为什么: offer被拒, 成交价比我们的offer低不少?

1个月前一个dream location, dream layout 的房子, list price 35万,为了抢时间,我们没看里面就递了 36.2万的offer, 被拒.今天一看成交价, 只有35万,更郁闷了. 短时间内不可能有这样的房子了.
