Agreed - investing income property

IRA, 401K etc are OK. But I doubt that you can live on that for the rest of your life.I agreed with above. Investing income properties is way out. Get started as early as you can while you are still working since you can leverage with YOUR CREDIT = Cash, Equity, and your Job.
