contract 拿走的不合理的材料费，可以要回来吗？

是换sub-floor 的木板。买材料前，他告我材料很贵。900sf 他要我$4,500. 我还真以为好几百美金一块木板。最后，另一个contract 告我$10+一块。

他在contracts 上写的material $4,500 as deposit.要我在开工前就给了，所以，后悔也来不及了。

想打官司要回了一些。
