If it includes changing deeds and revise the trust, $150/property is normal these days. Yes, you can add rental into the trust yourself.Most of banks provide free notary service. You may need to pay about $30-$50/property for title to change the deed for you.

For family with young kids (minor defined by each state), it is a must to have living trust.
